Renee Shea
LMFT, CADC
Renee Shea is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler University. Renee is an Approved Supervisor and Clinical Fellow through the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She has previously served as Clinical Training Director and Co-Director at the Heritage Center for Marriage and Family. Renee additionally taught Couples Therapy as an adjunct faculty member at Wheaton College.
​Renee uses concepts from Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, and Bowen’s Family Systems Theory. Renee demonstrates her genuine care for her clients, as she skillfully helps them better understand, cope and heal from key experiences throughout their lifetime. She helps provide practical goals for life’s current dilemmas, so people can feel encouraged and begin to see changes happening quickly. Clients experience a sense of trust and an ability to share their experiences freely with Renee’s nurturing yet directive approach.

Chantira Watkins
Chantira Watkins is a professional who uses various family systems approaches to help her clients. Her main goal is to explore the areas where families are experiencing distress and find healing solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the Health Care Industry, Chantira brings each client a sense of mature wisdom, calm presence, and hopefulness. Building a positive relationship is essential to her work with clients, creating a safe place for them to express themselves.
Chantira is pursuing her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She is passionate about helping clients, couples, and their families, work together and overcome their challenges, enabling them to become the best version of themselves. Chantira values every family’s unique circumstance and incorporates their culture, spiritual beliefs, and community resources as a part of the therapeutic experience.
